1. نطاق السياسة

1. Scope

تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق ThikraNest وموقعه، وتشمل المعلومات التي يضيفها المستخدم والوسائط التي يختار تخزينها أو مزامنتها.

This policy applies to the ThikraNest app and website and covers information entered by the user and media the user chooses to store or synchronize.

• الصور والفيديوهات والصوتيات التي يختار المستخدم إضافتها.

• Family and child profile information entered by the user.
• Photos, videos and audio selected by the user.
• Technical synchronization data such as upload state, file identifiers and linked account identifiers.

لا يتم ربط Google Drive إلا عندما يختار المستخدم ذلك ويوافق على شاشة التفويض من Google. يستخدم ThikraNest وصولًا محدودًا للملفات التي ينشئها التطبيق أو يستخدمها معه، بدل طلب الوصول الشامل إلى جميع محتويات Drive.

Google Drive is connected only when the user chooses to do so and approves Google's authorization screen. ThikraNest uses limited access for files created or used by the app rather than broad access to all Drive content.

يستخدم التطبيق رموز وصول قصيرة العمر عند التواصل مع Google ولا يتعامل مع كلمة مرور حساب Google ككلمة مرور داخل ThikraNest.

The app uses short-lived authorization access when communicating with Google and does not use the Google account password as a ThikraNest password.

• حفظ الوسائط محليًا على جهاز المستخدم.
• مزامنة الوسائط مع Google Drive عندما يفعّل المستخدم ذلك.
• الحفاظ على حالة المزامنة وربط الملف بالحساب الصحيح.
• تقليل التكرار وتحسين اعتمادية الرفع.

• Create and organize children's memories.
• Store media locally on the user's device.
• Synchronize media to Google Drive when enabled.
• Preserve synchronization state and the correct account mapping.
• Reduce duplicates and improve upload reliability.

5. المشاركة والبيع

لا يُقصد بيع بيانات المستخدم أو وسائطه أو استخدامها للإعلانات الموجهة. لا تتم مشاركة محتوى Google Drive مع أطراف أخرى لمجرد تشغيل المزامنة، إلا بالقدر الضروري عند استخدام مزود بنية لتشغيل الخدمة.

User data and media are not intended to be sold or used for targeted advertising. Google Drive content is not shared with third parties merely to provide synchronization, except where an infrastructure provider is necessary to operate the service.

6. الاحتفاظ والحذف

6. Retention and deletion

تبقى البيانات المحلية على جهاز المستخدم إلى أن يحذفها المستخدم أو يحذف بيانات التطبيق. الملفات الموجودة في Google Drive تبقى داخل حساب المستخدم وفق إعدادات Google وإجراءات الحذف التي يختارها.

Local data remains on the device until deleted by the user or when app data is cleared. Files in Google Drive remain within the user's account subject to Google settings and user-selected deletion actions.

يستخدم التطبيق آليات Android وواجهات Google الرسمية عند الربط والمزامنة، وتُحصر الصلاحيات المطلوبة قدر الإمكان.

The app uses Android protections and official Google interfaces for account connection and synchronization, while keeping requested permissions as limited as practicable.

8. الأطفال

ThikraNest موجه للوالدين أو الأوصياء لإدارة ذكريات أطفالهم. لا يُقصد أن يقوم الطفل بمنح صلاحيات Google Drive بنفسه.

ThikraNest is intended for parents or guardians managing children's memories. Children are not intended to grant Google Drive permissions independently.
