باستخدام ThikraNest يوافق المستخدم على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية.
By using ThikraNest, the user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

ThikraNest أداة لتنظيم وحفظ ذكريات العائلة والأطفال، بما في ذلك النصوص والصور والفيديوهات والصوتيات.
ThikraNest is a tool for organizing and preserving family and children's memories, including text, photos, videos and audio.
3. حساب Google
3. Google account
ربط Google Drive اختياري. المستخدم مسؤول عن حساب Google الخاص به وعن المحافظة على إمكانية الوصول إليه، ويخضع استخدام Google Drive أيضًا لشروط Google المطبقة.
Connecting Google Drive is optional. The user is responsible for their Google account and maintaining access to it. Use of Google Drive is also subject to Google's applicable terms.
4. محتوى المستخدم

يبقى المستخدم مسؤولًا عن المحتوى الذي يضيفه وعن امتلاك الحق في تخزينه أو مشاركته. لا يجوز استخدام ThikraNest لمحتوى غير قانوني أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين.
The user remains responsible for content added to the app and for having the right to store or share it. ThikraNest must not be used for unlawful content or material that violates others' rights.

قد تتأثر بعض الميزات باتصال الإنترنت أو Android أو Google Drive أو تغييرات مزودي الخدمات. لا يمكن ضمان عدم الانقطاع بشكل مطلق.
Some features may depend on internet access, Android, Google Drive or service-provider changes. Uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
6. حفظ البيانات
6. Data preservation
ينبغي للمستخدم المحافظة على وسائل مناسبة لاستعادة البيانات المهمة. لا ينبغي اعتبار أي مزامنة منفردة ضمانًا مطلقًا ضد فقدان البيانات.
Users should maintain appropriate means to recover important data. No single synchronization mechanism should be treated as an absolute guarantee against data loss.
